Deadmau5 has admitted to “dealing with severe depression and anxiety all year” via his Facebook Page 

He wrote: “Anyway, just gunna wrap up these shows this year and try to have a little fun. I’ve been dealing with severe depression and anxiety all year. Taking a long time off after my birthday to hopefully get it sorted out before I say or do anything more stupid than I already have.”

The message might be in response to a video stream where he criticised Ultra Music Festival in Miami and follows a number of Twitter posts that caused some concern.
